Arsenal…. no fight, no passion and no fucking bollocks!

Afficher l'image d'origine

For a team with a very good chance to win their first Premier League title in 12 years we showed very little spirit against a depleted Man United who basically fielded a team of teenagers.

What’s gone wrong? Why did we look so ordinary? What the fuck has happened to Sanchez?

Where is our normal fluid accurate passing and why are we slowing the game down so much by passing the ball backwards all the fucking time?

These are major questions that I want to see answered, either with a statement by Wenger or some better performances in our remaining games.

I’ve never really been a Wenger out supporter but my fucking patience is being severely tested after our recent run of results. No one is pulling their weight and Wenger just makes his normal comments that we’ve all heard before, “.. don’t doubt this”…. and “you can’t question that”.

Well yes Mr ‘fucking’ Wenger, we are questioning this and we are questioning that, yesterdays performance lacked so many things and the buck ultimately stops with you.

Furthermore Mr Wenger, perhaps you haven’t noticed but the Spervs from N17 could possibly finish above us or fucking worse, win the fucking title. Have you no sense of North London pride? Of being in charge of the greatest team North London has ever seen?

Mr Wenger, I think you need to consider what will happen to you if there is no St Totteringham Day this season, things could get rather heated and nasty. If you love the Arsenal as we fans do then things need to be turned around fairly sharpish, you need to get your boys performing to a higher standard before we travel to the shadowlands next weekend. You have one game on Wednesday against Swansea to make sure they have passion and fight in their balls before what is probably going to be the most important game of the season.

We may be losing our battle to win the league title but that’s irrelevant, what is most vital is that we go to Shite Fart Lane and beat those scumbags and stop them from winning the league and from finishing above us….. now is the time Mr Wenger, to stand up and be counted, to show us that you too have the bollocks when it comes to a fight, to show us that you are…………… ARSENAL.

  1. A message for Kelsey

You do realise mate that Chas, in his comment about retiring was aimed at you, ie: retiring from the blog, it was a very underhand comment to basically say he wants you to stop blogging there. You may have sussed that and chose to ignore it, if so, I apologise for doubting your intelligence 🙂

  2. Another thing that has cropped up ‘over there’ is Rasputin always ranting on about people repeating themselves and not letting it rest. Well he needs to practice what he preaches with regard to ‘luck’ and ‘unlucky’. Every time there is mention of luck in a game he steps in and tries to correct the offender…. fucking hypocrite.

  3. Fucking hell, nothing like a day after a defeat to get the rants going eh….. anger has to be channelled somewhere ha ha. The GunnersoreArse Anger Management group…. get it off your fucking chest here. 😀

  4. Morning Scrotum Stratchers !

I think me and `69er are on the same page here……….our biggest dread is not Arsenal not winning the EPL with the easiest chance since it began, but them scummy cuntz down the road winning it !
I`d bite your hand off now for Leicester to win it as it`s gone step too far for us now, does anyone seriously think we will get much change away to Spuds, Mansour City, Everton, W Ham adn even Sunderland on current form ?
Maybe it`s best we dont even get CL for a few years as it may make Kroenke reconsider his investment and fuck off back to America !……oh wait a sec`, he never visits us anyway !…..dont even phone this country then !. hahaha
Anyone see that Usmanov has bought out his partner in Red and White holding`s, Farhad Moshiri !……Moshiri made £200M and has now bought nearly 50% of Everton and will eventually buy it out outright. He`s already going to spend £100M on new players and build a new stadium !………….if only he and Usmanov would have had the majority shares in Arsenal !…..already have the stadium, so could have spent what they fucking like on Messi , Ronaldo , Suarez ,Bale and Neymar !.
    Thats better !

  5. Morning Cockie man

I’m only on the same page today…. dooming doesn’t come easy to me, I prefer to stay positive but yesterdays performance fucking annoyed me….. if we now do our usual meltdown and finish fourth I seriously think Wenger may have to go! However, if we go on to win a third FA Cup, he will have an excuse to stay. This season, even a third FAC will not curtail my disappointment at either not winning a very winnable PL title, or the ultimate nightmare, those cuntzzz in N17 winning it.

  6. Morning all, Blinding Rant NB.

Well its unthinkable, that somebody should question a Manager, with the history of Arsen Wenger. We all have been lead to believe, that he is the man who knows best. For years and years i have had full confidence in Wengers managerial skill’s but sadly nothing lasts forever. When i came to retirement age, i did wonder if i would be able to handle not going to work. Did i see myself as a pensioner after a working life, and hardly missing a day off work. Mortgage finished, one of the biggest debt a working man will ever get, so the only thing left was to hope that your pension covers your costs.

Mr Wenger never needs to worry about debts when he finally retires, with a salary of millions for more years than enough, he will never have the worry of not having enough. Wenger must be questioning what he is doing, as the team are not performing and in all honesty have been lacking in player power for more years than i care to remember.

Arsenal football club are starving the life out of the team by not improving the players, selling our better players and buying inferior replacements . Over the years it has been weak in midfield , them the defence and now the attack, token Marquee players has never been enough as weaknesses are still prevalent.

Mr Wenger has gone from a players manager to boardroom manager, it is noticeable when time comes for replacements, and he makes excuses not to buy. Penny pinching is how the football world now see Arsenal, yes the trappings of wealth with training facilities and magnificent stadia but that is all tax deductable, where players are extortionate. Wenger it seems worries more about our finances than our performances and for a manager that is unthinkable.

The owners of course are right behind him, why shouldn’t they be, he keeps their money safely in the bank, just where they want it to be. Through no skill of his own, Wenger has encountered a situation where all the premier top clubs have all fell on tough times for one reason or another w find that Arsenal at the half way stage was in good position. He probably couldnt believe his luck, but because he never made the signings that were needed the chance has slipped past.

Wenger had at least two windows to fill with player who could have won the title but spending club money just wouldn’t be possible. Most managers squeeze the owners for just one more player but in Arsenals case Wenger is rewarded for not spending.

Football players should be seen as assets, and not investments. Wenger has brought with the intention of selling on to make profit, but not to buy better players, he prefers cheapy’s which he hopes to sell on for Profit. Along the way he has to buy the odd top player to keep supporters happy but in doing so alienates these top players, with promises that he will add top players, but then doesn’t obviously form and interest of top players wain and such is the case at the moment.

Wenger’s past investments have been poor Walcott and Chamberlain have not improved, but he has to stay with them, as he will have to sell them on. All is proving to much for him and he is crumbling, The top teams who were having problems have brought themselves out of it and now the difference is beginning to show

Arsenal are now beginning the decent., have they got the team spirit to lesson the rate, i very much doubt it.

  7. Morning Steve

When you think about it logically, Wenger has cost the club nothing with his wage. By keeping us in the CL al this time, the money earned from the group stage, and more importantly from the last 16, has meant his annual wage is paid and there is still some profit for the board…. a fucking cunning scheme.

He said to silent Stan, keep me as manager and you won’t have to pay my wages ha ha ha

  8. Cheers for the post NB, sorry but I can’t be bothered to go over the same old story yet again.

I’m not sure I’ve still got the belief in Arsenal that I once had. After supporting the club for sixty-six years I think I’ve had enough.

    Au revoir.

  9. Norfolk

I sincerely hope that’s just ‘Au revoir’ and not ‘Adieu’…. we’ve already lost Transplant, don’t want to lose you as well.. I was looking forward to some of your travelogues from Norfolk

  10. In a way you have hit the nail on the head, `69er, probably why my boss likes me. I have brought him in 5 new customers from just cold calling and their orders not only pay my wages, but the other 3 dirvers wages as well !.
The big step further and difference in football is that Kroenke is happy to just make a profit and will never sack Wenger for keeping us as a tight ship with no hope of winning the CL or EPL, whereas an owner like Abramovitch would have sacked Wenger 10 years ago !. People can wave a moral stick that the Russian has had about 10 managers since 2004, butit is justified by the amount of trophies they have won !.
I would love Kroenke to fuck noff and sell his shares to Usmanov and then let Wenger have the chance to spend more than Abramovitch to see whether he still has his mojo, but I fear that it`s not all down to the quality players he may buy, but the tactics and formation he plays…………..the cunts down the road have just won 6 epl games on the trot and have played as many games as us and are still running their bollocks off !.
Wenger is a great manager but an average knowledge coach imo….the invincibles had the best players and he could just say go out and strutt your stuff, now their are numerous teams with quality players and it`s nopw down to training tactics and disciplined formations, we`ve let an understrength out play us and Championship Hull`s reserves hold us !

  11. Exactly Cockie, the performances in those results really let us down, however, we managed to play well against Leicester and for 70 minutes against Barca…. so what is going wrong?

  12. Started your conversion yet ?…or still drawing up plans ?….or too pissed to see a set square ,T square , scales and compass !

  13. Still waiting for change of use planning permission Cockie…. remember , this is rural France, it works very slowly ha ha. But there’s no rush, all my finance isn’t in place yet so will be a while.

  14. Well I just couldn’t face the idea of reading lots of depressing opinions (no matter how true) so I stayed away from all blogs today.

To say the team and our tactics were embarrassing would be a monumental understatement – I like all other supporters ended up very depressed after watching an extremely poor showing. We were outnumbered in the midfield and did nothing to correct the situation – very poor indeed.

Lets hope the team shows up on Wednesday before all hope is lost 😦 😦 😦

  15. Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss “six to eight weeks” but does not need an operation, says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.

The England international, 22, injured his knee in the Champions League loss to Barcelona on 23 February.

He left Emirates Stadium on crutches after the 2-0 first-leg defeat.

Arsenal host Swansea in the Premier League on Wednesday. They are third in the table, three points off Tottenham and five behind leaders Leicester.

    What else did Wenger say?

The Frenchman called criticism of his Arsenal team as “excessive” following their 3-2 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Former Liverpool manager Graeme Souness, now a television pundit, called the Gunners “weak and insipid”.

“I’m never surprised by the criticism that comes,” said Wenger.

“Part of the opinion is always a bit excessive and emotional, but we have to deal with that and I don’t complain about it.

“I think people are a bit too emotional and we want to put things into perspective by analysing things a bit more in a neutral way.”

  16. Evening all. Hiya N5 although you have probably gone now. Everything has bees said about the United game, in fact now its gone it is another Loss that goes down on the records. Nothing unusual for Arsenal.

I have to say that the enthusiasm has gone out of supporting Arsenal, Yes its in our blood and we will all look to results, but years and years of disappointments catches up on some supporters, Excuses from a broken record does get stuck in my throat. Yes finish top or finish in another league i would still be a Gooner and still be interested in our results.

But dont feed me bull shit about big signings and what we have achieved in the past. Football moves forward while Wenger and his sides go backwards. We dont ask to win every game but we do expect players and manager to be trying.

Sunday afternoon after the game, i can almost hear the players saying, hows your new supercar going, and, I have one on order. Have you moved yet to that posh street, and did you get as many bedrooms as you were after. Thats the amount of enthusiasm they showed on the day While Loyal supporters started their long journeys home, dejected Humiliated and disgusted with hardly an apology for showing no interest at all.

At present i feel as if i couldn’t give a shit how we do for the rest of the season, but deep down like N5 i will be watching Wednesday evening believing we cannot play worse, As for Wenger I dont really care what he thinks i have heard about as much of his bull shit that i want to.

  17. Steve, your views are so far away from mine that we could be talking a different language. I will never lose faith in my team. A pure sign of support was on view at the Leicester v WBA game – when Leicester went behind their fans got louder. However given the same circumstance ours start moaning and groaning – it’s unbelievable just how little faith they have in their own team.

I was born and bred an Arsenal fan and nothing will ever change that – my love for my team does not simply dwell on trophy’s and day to day results – it was and will never be that synthetic – it goes far far deeper.
